INTERIOR DESIGN

At One Group, our Full Service Design offers a comprehensive approach to interior design, starting with a thorough consultation to discuss floor plans, style, budget, and timeline. We then create detailed concepts with layout diagrams and mood boards, followed by 3D renderings and tangible samples. Once approved, we prepare a complete drawing package covering all design aspects, and manage pricing, procurement, and project coordination. Finally, we offer furniture selection, purchase coordination, and staging services to complete your space perfectly.

CONCEPT DESIGN

1. Discovery Call - Our journey begins with a conversation to understand you and your project better. We'll discuss photos, general project details, and your vision. Following this, we’ll prepare a comprehensive scope of work and a design estimate for your review. Once approved, we’ll schedule an on-site visit.

2. On-Site Measurement & Consultation - During this in-person meeting, we’ll measure your space and walk through it together to explore design possibilities. We’ll also dive deeper into your budget, style preferences, functional needs, and sources of inspiration to ensure the design reflects your lifestyle.

3. The Concept - At this stage, we’ll bring your ideas to life, ensuring the design reflects your needs and desires. We’ll share initial design concepts and layout options tailored to your needs.

4. Feasibility Review - After your approval of the design concepts, we’ll consult with contractors and trades to confirm project feasibility and gather preliminary renovation costs. This ensures that your project aligns with both your vision and your budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

9. Execution – Demolition & Construction - We oversee the renovation process with site visits during critical stages to ensure the project stays on track.

10. Design Plan Assessment & Adjustments - After demolition, we conduct a thorough review of the design plans, making any necessary adjustments to align with the space's updated conditions.

11. Sourcing & Procurement - We assist in sourcing all materials required for the renovation. For items with longer lead times, procurement may begin before demolition to avoid delays.
