Nathalia Hara
Co-Founder and Principal Designer
Awarded 2025 Best New Designer in Ontario by NKBA, Nathalia brings a deep passion for creating spaces that feel as beautiful as they are functional. Known for her refined approach, she infuses each design with warmth and sophistication, carefully balancing Transitional, Japandi, and Wabi-Sabi influences to craft spaces that resonate with her clients’ personalities. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Nathalia has earned a reputation for delivering interiors that are both timeless and deeply personal.
When she’s not designing, Nathalia loves exploring new restaurants and spending time with her husband and daughters. Traveling and discovering new places also bring her inspiration, fueling the creativity she brings to her work. This blend of family life and personal passions allows her to connect authentically with her clients, approaching each project with fresh energy and care.
Thiago Hara
Co-Founder and Operations Director
With over 15 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, Thiago has honed his skills in managing complex operations and large teams, often overseeing more than 120 people. His expertise in people management, process optimization and multi-million-dollar project management makes him a key figure in ensuring projects run smoothly and align with strategic goals. Thiago’s meticulous approach and leadership ensure that every project meets the highest efficiency and quality standards.
Beyond work, Thiago enjoys an active lifestyle filled with tennis, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. Whether hiking, camping, or spending quality time with family, he finds inspiration in nature and the joy of a great time shared with loved ones.
